About Me

Hello! I'm Carol Jackson, Certified Narrative Coach Practitioner. After spending my career in libraries and nonprofits, I went into coaching to help others through work and life transition.

​Narrative Coaching is all about listening to and honoring your story. As a Narrative Coach, I create the space for you to hear your own story and determine its connection to your beliefs and values. When you can see the stories that are predominant in your life, you can start to intentionally author the story that you desire. 

​My Narrative Coach Practitioner Certification is from Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching, an Accredited Coach Training Program through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) that abides by the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. 

After earning my Master's degree in Library and Information Science from The College of Saint Catherine, I spent 20 years in public libraries, 15 of them managing libraries. Although I am passionate about the importance of libraries, I wanted a way to more directly support individuals in attaining their professional and personal goals.
